Whole-school review or mini inspection/SEF review
One or two of our senior inspectors use your SEF and other documents, interviews with staff and students, and classroom observation to produce a report using the OFSTED framework and resulting in ecommendations to consolidate good practice and address weaknesses.
Some heads and SLTs focus this process on a review of the SEF with a single inspector/adviser

Lesson Observation assessment for senior staff (one day)
Our inspectors engage in a series of paired lesson observations to validate the accuracy of senior staff judgements and improve feedback skills. The day concludes with a team based exercise for SLT or SLT and subject leaders.
