Headteacher Performance Management
Education London provides an "external adviser" service which offers governing bodies high quality advice, guidance and support on head teachers’ performance management. Our advisers are experienced External Advisers, SIPs and Ofsted inspectors. The service enables schools and governing bodies to fulfill statutory requirements for head teachers' performance management, as set out in the The Education (School Teacher Performance Management) (England) Regulations 2006.
Support will consist of two separate half-day visits, to include:
- A half-day review of the school’s performance data and the identification of key priorities for the leadership of the school
- A half-day of support to the governor committee responsible for the head teacher’s performance management review.
