Our people are working to improve secondary education and outcomes
They include
- School Improvement Consultants – with experience as effective advisers and trainers and all with recent experience as heads, inspectors, School Improvement Partners (SIPs) or Local Authority officers
Improvement Services for Secondary Schools and Colleges
- Senior Subject Advisers – for most subjects in the 11-19 curriculum, drawn from subject specialist inspectors, advisers, assessors and examiners
Improvement Services for Secondary Schools and Colleges
- Subject Expert Practitioners – practising teachers (or those with very recent school experience) typically successful subject leaders and ASTs

and Project Management and Strategic Services
- Project Managers – with experience of developing new schools and colleges, the BSF programme, area-wide 14-19 strategic planning and other multi-agency projects

- Curriculum Modelling Advisers – Curriculum specialists help senior staff to evaluate and implement the new 14-19 curriculum and advise groups of schools in relation to area-wide 14-19 visioning and BSF

- Interim Senior and Middle Managers including step-in heads, deputies, LA officers and associate subject leaders
Interim Personnel for Schools and Local Authorities
- Accelerated Learning Coaches and Subject Specialist Trainers for students
- Recruitment and Selection Advisers – are available to governing bodies, LAs and Church Authorities
